The gunite concrete is mixed at your Central Florida home for greater accuracy and control which provides you with a stronger and smoother appearance to the shell of your pool. The “shell” is the foundation structure of your swimming pool which holds the water and is guaranteed against cracks that leak for as long as you own your new swimming pool.

CANTILEVER DECK CONSTRUCTION
For many years, Dixie was the only Central Florida pool builder to use the cantilever deck edge concept on each pool. Just recently other Orlando pool builders opening shop in the area began using our successful concept. The cantilever concept was perfected by Dixie Pools and Spas; this prevents cracking of tile and water loss.

As your Orlando pool company, Dixie Pools and Spas includes in the construction package, a separate line for your pool cleaner whether you purchase a pool cleaner or not. If you later decide you want a cleaner, your separate line is already installed for your convenience. We pre-plumb all of our Central Florida pools for a pool heater whether it’s solar, gas or heat pump.
